Meet Our Educators

I’m a proud mum of two gorgeous tamariki and a qualified Early Childhood Teacher with over 20 years of experience across many different settings – both here in Aotearoa and overseas. I’ve had the joy of working with children from newborns to school-aged learners, and I love supporting their growth through every stage of development.
As I enjoy time at home with our youngest, I’m delighted to be opening my own in-home childcare service, where tamariki can feel deeply cared for, inspired, and truly themselves.
Children and their whānau come from all walks of life, and my work across cultures, communities, and family structures has shaped who I am as an educator. I value diversity and celebrate the unique identities, strengths, and stories that each child brings. Every little one deserves to be seen and supported in a way that reflects who they are.
I’m also known for being highly organised, detail-oriented, and incredibly thorough. From planning calm, predictable routines to designing meaningful learning experiences and beautiful play spaces, I put care and thought into everything I do to ensure children feel secure, engaged, and excited to learn.
Some of the strengths I bring to my in-home service include:
• Supporting tamariki with diverse learning needs through personalised, thoughtful care
• Creating imaginative, playful, and developmentally rich learning opportunities
• Building strong, respectful relationships with parents and whānau
• Bringing calm, positivity, and clear communication to high-stress or challenging moments
• Designing well-structured routines and beautiful, stimulating environments that encourage curiosity
I’m excited to welcome new families and create a warm, organised, nurturing home-based space where children feel loved, supported, and empowered to explore the world around them.
