Meet Amneet – Your Homebased Educator

Kia ora! My name is Amneet Kaur, and I’m a qualified and provisionally registered ECE teacher (Level 7) with over four years of experience working with young children in New Zealand. I’m also a proud mum to my six-year-old daughter, which has deepened my understanding of how important it is for children to feel safe, loved, valued and supported.

I believe every child is unique and learns in their own special way. I love creating fun and meaningful learning experiences through play, music, stories, sensory activities, outdoor exploration and everyday discoveries.

I have a special passion for supporting babies and toddlers as they develop their communication, social skills and emotional confidence. Building strong, trusting relationships with children and whānau is at the heart of my approach, and I value working closely with families to support each child’s individual learning journey.

My goal is to create a warm, welcoming and inclusive home environment where children feel a true sense of belonging, have fun, explore their interests and develop a lifelong love of learning.
