Tracey

Hi my name is Tracey and I am a mum of two teenage boys. I have been involved with children since having my own, including being part of and on our local toy library, plunket and playcentre committees.

I have always enjoyed working with children and started out doing some relief teaching at one of our local daycare centres while my boys were young. I joined the Jemma’s team in 2009, when my boys started school and I have enjoyed the opportunity of being able to provide a home environment for young people in our community.

In my home I offer many experiences. I have a large section, with plenty of room for children to run around, ride bikes, playgrounds to climb on, swing on the swings, join in with water play and do a bit of carpentry – all which is done under supervision.

Inside there is a range of activities such as creating with the playdough, arts, crafts, puzzles, blocks, dress-up’s, and reading books just to name a few. We attend our local mainly music, and enjoy outings out to our local parks, skate park and feeding the ducks down by the river.

All enquiries are welcome, and I am more than happy to have you come and visit me in my home. Please call Jemma’s today on 0800 536627 so that we can organise a meeting time that suits you.
