I have just returned to Jemmas after taking some time out to up skill. Prior to this I had three wonderful years with many children receiving education and care. 

I believe in children directing their own learning. I support this with a variety of activities to learn, by working alongside and with good communication to enhance their educational, care needs, and interests. I use learning stories to document their progression so that the children will be inspired and delight in recapturing memories.
