My name is Rachel E. I have been a home-based educarer for 23 years now and still love it! Children give me a lot of joy and always put a smile on my face.

I have many interests which I include the children in each day. I collect things from the beach; shells, driftwood, etc., as well as different things from the nature walks that we go on. We then bring them home to see what we can make. I have a very colourful home and do a lot of designing which the children love looking at and helping me with.

I have two children of my own; they are both grown up now and they have been involved with the childcare since they were babies. They have met many children and are friends with some of them still to this day.

Children are a big part of our lives and that’s the way we like it. Helping them grow is a great pleasure.
