Customer Feedback

He is truly in a environment that will teach him skills, and how to develop and grow..

"My son James has been in home-based care from 3 months old. I was looking for a warm nurturing environment that offered a variety of learning opportunities, outings and most of all fitted with how we like to parent and extend our home routine within a child care environment.

Jemmas and Kirsty offered all this and a professional attitude. It is reassuring knowing that Kirsty is ECE trained and this confirms that James is not being baby sat and that he is truly in a environment that will teach him skills, and how to develop and grow.

I look forward to receiving the monthly updates on James progress; it is wonderful to see that James has a relationship with Kirsty and that she and Barbara have both got to know James and his likes, dislikes, his strength's and weakness and together have his best interest in mind while providing his care.

James comes home chatting about his day he enjoys the flexibility of the programme and how it moves with the children's interest and events within the calendar year he loves the outings and variety offered daily.

We continually monitor every childs development and learning

Knowing that her development is professionally monitored and a record of her learning is kept contributes to our peace of mind that she is well looked after...

Enrolling our daughter in JeMMa's is a decision my husband and I have not once regretted since going back to work full-time. From day one, Sophie has always been happy and settled in care, and is learning all sorts of things at an amazing rate. This can be largely attributed to the fun, caring and nuturing environment provided by her wonderful educarer, Nee Bond.

We could not wish for a nicer, more generous person to care for our daughter. Sophie is treated like one of the family, and the one-on-one attention she receives, combined with the opportunity for social interaction in a small, tight-knit group, is one of the main reasons we decided JeMMa's homebased care was right for us.

We love that Sophie is able to participate in a wide range of fun and educational activities, both in the home and out, from painting, craft, baking and gardening, to music, reading and imaginative play. The support provided by JeMMa's in terms of the toy and book libraries means that Sophie's learning is always varied, and the chance to socialise with other children in organised JeMMa's outings is also very beneficial.

Knowing that her development is professionally monitored and a record of her learning is kept, contributes to our peace of mind that she is well looked after. We know that Sophie loves her time with Nee - in the morning one of the first things she will say is "Go to Nee's house now" and on the weekend it's "Go to Nee's house next week!".

Our Educarers are recruited using a very strong selection process

We take the safety of your child very seriously.  Each and every one of our Educarers is thoroughly checked using our recruitment vetting system.  Part of this system requires all Educarers to have a squeaky clean police record and a full medical assessment.
Further to this, Co-ordinators (who are all fully qualified and registered early childhood teachers) complete a full assessment of every property to ensure that it meets Ministry of Education safety requirements.
